At most a 2 day break. But other than that I have been on mostly every day for a couple of hours.
What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
Started from the bottom as a Helper. Climbed to Moderator. Had the opportunity in becoming Gambling Manager.
And currently a Community Manager. (Will not mention server names)
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I very much enjoy the custom content on this server. I have always loved custom runescape private servers. There is plenty out there in the RSPS community
But Bethlehem has definitely stood out the most for me. I have always been a helping hand. I can always give my assistance when in need of help.
I have no problem going out of my way just to get your problems solved. I am all for the community. I strongly believe the best part of making a great server is having great players. I love hearing what the people have to say or suggest. Of course any of the suggestions or good things I hear will be discussed with any higher staff to see if we can fulfill it. I'm willing to be up for any task at hand. I got mad love for the community and I want to be of as much help as possible. I'm not saying I will be better then the next person, but I will always try my best to get the solution fixed, and put a smile on their faces. I don't want to people to know me as just a staff member, but as a friend too.
What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have
Honesty - Honesty goes a long way for me. If i'm Honest to you I expect the same in exchange.
Dedication - If it's something I love doing, I will dedicate my time into it. I would have no problem getting online to help the server. Even if I have nothing to do in game, I will get on just to help players and answer some questions.
Fast Learner - As soon as I pick up server knowledge I quickly apply it efficiently as possible.
Be Humble - Never be too quick to assume. Always hear both sides of the story. Hope for the best outcome.
Communication- Communication is KEY. This goes for both the players and the Staff team.

I'm 24. Currently reside in Las Vegas. I've always had a love for private servers. Especially in the world of Runescape. One of my favorite quotes, "You are always a student, never a master. You have to keep moving forward." has gotten me through my days. What that means to me, is that I'm always going to be learning from other people and constantly striving for the best. Even when I'm successful, I know I will always be a student. I've learned so much from the RSPS community as a whole, and I just want to share the knowledge i have been given and give back to those in need. I'm a nice dude so feel free to say Hi! next time you see me in game (:
If you were a helper.....
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Kindly ask them to stop spamming. That would be their first warning. If they wish to continue spamming I would mute them.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
If that person was continuously using offensive language in help chat I would inform them to not continue this in Help CC. Of course if they keep at it, they will get muted.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Flaming can go to a certain extent. Although if it starts to get racial and personal I would try to calm the situation down and give them a warning. If the situation continues to go south it would result to them getting Muted.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
Disrespecting or flaming is absolutely prohibited. So flaming a staff member will lead to a Mute. Depending on how critical the situation is, you could get banned.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
If I had the permissions to delete posts on forums I would do so. I would then reach out to that person as to ask why they said such things and to not do it again.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
Immediately report it to higher staff as duped items is nothing to be ignored.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
I would refer to that person that selling items in the help cc is not allowed and give them their options:
- Join the Market CC
- Use ::yell
- Use the #Market channel in Discord
