Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? Also, please explain your reasoning for applying to become a Staff member. (100 word minimum)
I would like to be a member of staff because I feel I would be a great addition to the team. I love helping members of the community where and when I can. I have a good amount of knowledge when it comes to in-game, I don't know if I can say I deserve the rank but if you are willing to give me a chance I promise you, you will not regret it. I love speaking to new people. As long as I know the answer to a question I will answer, I may be quiet sometimes, but I am observing chats and making sure no-one is breaking rules or abusing bugs, I am a fair man that doesn’t judge, I have seen Bethlehem blow-up in these past few days and I would really love to be able to help the new and older players with anything I can, and be a helper that others can turn to for anything from being glitched and help for clues to reporting (within reason). I would sort anything that heads my way as quickly and efficiently as I can without causing additional stress and therefore, I believe I would be a good candidate for the position.

1. A helper should be available to help when needed to be
2. A helper must be friendly and approachable and must not lie
3. No matter how mean a player can be, always remain calm in a bad situation and eliminate the problem as fast as possible to eliminate it spreading.
4. A helper should know a very good amount of information about the game
5. A helper must remain professional and be efficient at all times

I workout mainly, I work at amazon as a warehouse associate, I play apex legends, COD and fortnite from time to time.

What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Ask them to stop and give them a warning, if the person continues to spam then I'll mute them
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
Ask them to stop and give them a warning, if they persist I will private message them see how are doing and ask why they keep going with the language and get them to open up to me.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
I would disengage the situation immediately by teleporting each player away from each other and talk to them privately to ask why it was happening
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
I would defend my fellow staff brother and mute the person instantly, and tell them staff are here to help people, not to be treated like trash.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the Forums/Discord?
I would instantly ban the account and delete the comment they had said on the forums

Report the player and then contact a admin or higher authority to quickly resolve the issue
