What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
i was a moderator before joining bethlehem for like 1year and i had to quit cz after the new update it lost alot of players and was almost shut down
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
i've been playing on the server for some time and have been really enjoying my time on the game. On a side note , i'd like to begin by thanking the previous/current staff team for all the hard work they're putting to improve the state of the server and make it as enjoyable as it currently is. When is started playing i was clueless and had no idea how most of the things on the server work but thanfully alot of helpers were there to help and make my overall experience more enjoyable.
And thus the same way i was being helped when needed, i'd like to be the person who helps those in need .I already do my best to do so right now by showing new players around the server, answering their questions and generally doing anything a normal player can do to help.
Therefore i am applying to the position of the helper to expand my helping possibilities and prospects and make the experience smoother for all those who are in need. In addition i am pretty active throughout the day which could make my integration into the staff team especially good for understaffed hours.

What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have
-A staff member should be patient since some people may require more help than others and require more time and help overall.
-A staff member should be honest and not lie to any players or others staff , although i belie a staff member should also know when and how to rephrase some truths and not sound rude in some cases.
-A staff member should be trustworthy and not let players down since it's the staff team's duty to serve the players the best they can and make them enjoy their stay.
-A staff member should be unbiased especially during conflicts between player where the staff member should listen to both sides of the story without prejudice or bias and try to find a way to resolve it.
-A staff member should be approachable and friendly or it would be no sense for them to be part of the staff team since their main goal is to make players come to them for help.

for sure i will all my days mostly consist of work and playing so the majority of my spare time is spent only on the server

i like watching shows/anime from time to time
what i like to do the most is play the game and i'm an employee at a security firm so most of my work time is free for me to play
If you were a helper.....
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
i would issue a warning to the concerned player and if they persist even after i've contacted them i would most likely mute them unlit we find a way to resolve the issue
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
if a player is being offensive and using offensive language i would ask them to cease it since it is against the rules and regulations of the server , if they persist i would mute them until we find a way to resolve the issue
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
if a player is flaming another player i would also ask them to cease it since it is against the rules and would try to understand what is the reason for the flaming to see if it can be resolved in a way or another. if they persist i would take the necessary action and mute/issue a punishment to the flamer accordingly
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
i don't think flaming staff members should have any different treatment than flaming players as it ruins the game experience regardless. i would treat the case the same as if it was a normal player
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
i would reach out to the concerned player and ask about the issue and the comments and ask them nicely to delete them/apologize to the targeted party. if they refuse i shall check with the staff team what is the procedure that needs to be taken to bring the comments down and issue a mute to the player on the forums
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
i would track down the origin of the due and get information as fast as possible. i would also contact the server admin/developers to address the issue as fast as possible since duped items can ruin the entire economy and lead to severe problems.
if i have the privilge i would probably also ban the involved player who started the dupe but i think it might be best to let the higher up staff handle the situation after having contacted them regarding the issue.
