What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
I was a volunteer GM for R2 Games. and a Admin for Devco Minecraft server's supported server issues and community problems.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? Also, please explain your reasoning for applying to become a Staff member. (100 word minimum)
I'm already trying to help new players or answer any questions players have and I also have a bunch of spare time (bar any appointments on days that I haven't mentioned above),
I don't feel like anyone should deserve to have the rank but some how have earned to chance to applied and gain it,
there are staff Member and players who have mentioned that I should apply and as you are short on staff members/helper,
I wanted to give the chance or at least an option there for the extra members to join the team.

Love gaming, music TTRPG and Magic the Gathering, Unemployed do to Mental and physical health conditions and just watch/lesson to a lot of YT.

I'd would Welcome and Great new players and guide them by answering any questions they ask.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Give them verbal(in game chat) warning asking them to slow it down,
If failure to comply(or what they was saying would deem skipping verbal) would Mute them,
(probably have your own times but normally 5 mins then 30 mins and permanent if persistent.

What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
Similar to the above but would skip a verbal if it was Highly offensive.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Find out the cause that started the issue if minor would just ask them to stop but if they persistent or player gets reported move to something similar above again.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
Ask them to stop unless the Staff member was fine with it or Mute them if serious.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the Forums/Discord?
Report the issue to someone higher up that can deal with them if I'm unable to.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
Immediately report to Admin+/Dev's.
