nothing comes to mind, been enjoying myself every since joining, even at the grindiest bits.

What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
I was a helper on a Minecraft server years ago, and an officer in a ESO guild for about 3 years total.

Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? Also, please explain your reasoning for applying to become a Staff member. (100 word minimum)
I want to be a staff member because i'm really enjoying myself here and i would like to be able to give back to the server and people more than i currently do. I feel i would be a good additition to the staff team as i currently try to help as much as i can, whether it be it answer questions or showing them where something is. As well as being able to help host more events to keep people interested would be fun. Plus it would be fun to someday ban Legancy for always giving me balls from events

I'm a fairly easy going person, can talk to almost anyone. I work in a meat room of a small grocery store. don't go out much as I prefer sitting home in the house. if I'm not working I'm usually playing a game of some kind. got a wife and 3 kids. love making jokes/having a laugh. my favorite color is red (could you tell?)

If I was a helper I'd do my best to make sure peoples questions are answered quickly and correctly. I would be available to assist with transfers/mm's etc as often as I could

1st time verbal warning
2nd time a kick from help cc or the game if spam is via yell.
3rd time would be a 5-10 minute mute.
anything past that would be a longer mute depending upon what the staff's muting guidelines are.

unless it was racial or targeting a specific group of people I wouldn't pay much mind to it. a few curse words aren't going to hurt anyone.
if it was racial/targeting a specific group of people I'd give them a warning. 2nd time would be a kick from cc, or game if they're using yell. 3rd time would result in a mute.

try and help the talk it out respectfully. if that fails suggest the flame-ee add the flamer to ignore list, or take it to pm if they want to keep talking. if it continues in help cc/yell or if flamer users a 2nd character to bypass being ignored I would issue a mute.

if the staff member being flamed was online and already dealing with it I'd let them deal with it. if the staff member was not online/not already dealing with it I'd issue a warning, if it continued I would move on to a mute.

delete the comments and give them a warning via pm. if they continued an hour or 2 mute/forum ban.

What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
let 1 of the mod/admins know so they could possibly issue a temp ban to stop the duper. Message Harry/Jynx if they're on, if not message Panic/Kosta/Nite so they can get a hold of Harry/Jynx to get it fixed.
