From 2014 untill 2018 I was a part of different staff teams for serveral RSPS, including my "own".
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
The reason I would like to be a Bethlehem staff member is because, believe it or not I actually enjoy helping people. I also enjoy the time I spend in the game, because of all the different people we get to interact with day in day out. I like interacting with others and I'm an very active/engaging person ingame. I don't think I deserve the rank, I could definitely get some more server experience before stepping into this role and there are probably others who are better suited at this moment for this. But I would be able to help with/answer 85% of the players their questions. I've played the game for a bit and i'm quite knowledgeable.

I'm a 22 year old gamer from Amsterdam, I like going to the gym(even though im lazy af), I like playing soccer and basketball with friends. I've recently started reading self development & financial education books. I currently work from home as a Covid CSS(making appointments for people who want to get tested).

What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Ask them to refrain from spamming as it is not allowed. I'd also ask for them to read the rules and behave according to them, if they continue doing so.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
Depends on the situation really, if it was aimed at someone/something I'd tell them to be careful with the words they pick and choose.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Tell them that it is against the rules to do so, ask them to stop and enjoy their time playing the game.

Tell them that it is against the rules to do so, ask them to stop and enjoy their time playing the game.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
I would (if able) remove the comment and send the person either a forum or discord dm to ask them to refrain from posting such comments.

Get information about the items/people involved and then inform an higher up and take care of the situation together.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
Tell them the help cc isn't meant for buying/selling and ask them to use the ::yell command to do so.
