What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
I ran alongside Poanizer project & RevolutionX, i've been staff on a few servers, (support, mod, admin etc,) within the years i have been playing RSPS... Currently owning a RSPS now but name will be kept anonymous for obvious reasons.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I'm actively on everyday, know the ins and outs on what the server needs, i welcome every player and try give them the boost they need, advertise people to vote, whenever there seems to be a problem i jump like a bull at a gate to try and solve the issue if no staff are already dealing with the situation, im on for a long period of time for daily as much as i can when i'm not at work, my mrs hates me because she gets ignored, im a different time zone to a few staff online which would also work better for different players.

Dealing with situations which need to be dealt with calmly.
Need to be able to talk with correct grammar.
Problem solving and diligent.
Be professional with all issues that will come at them.
Be at everyone's needs when they have to be and be active.

Off computer i am currently a supervisor on a construction site.
In my free time i like to relax, play my game, see friends & family, spend time with my girlfriend.

I'd be active everyday making sure everyone is satisfied with their needs and getting a long.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
I'd warn them once, strike them the 2nd and if was still spamming it'd be a mute.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
I'd warn them and try calm the situation down, if then start getting erratic i'd mute them for a short while
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Speak to them both together or individually, try solve the situation until they was to stop.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
Every staff member would be at there own role, if they needed me to step in i'd talk to the player and if they was to carry on i'd mute them and give them the reasons to why the penalty was given out to them.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
Remove the Comment they put up, have a private word and if they was to carry on i'd block them from commenting on the specific posts if the powers are there to do so.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
Contact a moderator+ and let them know the situation so they can ban the player or sort it out differently.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
This player should be warned not to do this on "Help" cc and tell them to do it on yell or home etc, if they carry on it'd be a mute.
