What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community? I have been in a mutitude of different positions on servers most recently, Head Moderator on SnowHD.

.Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum) I would like to be a member of staff because I feel I would be a great addition to the team. I love helping members of the community where and when I can. I have a good amount of knowledge when it comes to in-game, I don't know if I can say I deserve the rank but if you are willing to give me a chance I promise you, you will not regret it. I love speaking to new people. As long as I know the answer to a question I will answer, I may be quiet sometimes, but I am observing chats and making sure no-one is breaking rules or abusing bugs, I am a fair man that doesn’t judge, I have seen Bethlehem blow-up in these past few days and I would really love to be able to help the new and older players with anything I can, and be a helper that others can turn to for anything from being glitched and help for clues to reporting (within reason). I would sort anything that heads my way as quickly and efficiently as I can without causing additional stress and this is why I believe I would a good candidate for the position.
What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have: this is just in my opinion, 1. A Helper should be professional at all times.
2. A Helper should have a a good amount of knowledge about the server.
3. A Helper should be available to help whenever needed. (whilst online)
4. A Helper should be friendly and approachable and should not lie.
5. A Helper should answer any questions asked. (as long as the answer is truthful)

If you received this rank, would you devote hours of free time to play? I would devote all my free time as I do now as a player.
Tell us about yourself (hobbies, occupation etc): I am a father of 1 child, I suffer from mental health so can't work irl, I play on my laptop most of the time but I do enjoy going course fishing (carp and catfish) I also play playstation other than that I don't do much.
If you were a helper..... If I was a helper I would keep respectful of all staff and players alike, I would be as helpful as I can be and make sure player know they could come to me with any problems that they may have and they would get resolved in the appropriate way.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming? ask them to stop/give them a warning, if it didn't stop then I would mute. If it was someone spamming another server I would mute immediately and report to a higher ranking staff member for them to take the appropriate action.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language? depending on what was said, I would ask them to stop before taking the appropriate action. I would also ask if they are having a bad day (as we all do from time to time) if they would like to talk about it over PM'S as sometimes it helps to speak to someone>
What would you do if someone was flaming a player? I would instantly teleport one away from the other and speak to them individually so I could get both sides of the story. If the player was flaming for no reason I would mute and report to a higher ranking member of staff with evidence.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member? I would mute instantaneously and explain the reason to the player privately, staff are there to help players not to take abuse.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums? I would delete the comment/post then address them in the correct manner.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items? I would instantly report to a higher member of staff and would assist the higher ranking member on any investigation needed. we are all here to enjoy the game don't ruin it by duping items.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc? I would ask them to refrain from selling in the help cc, use yell or if you have a buyer then please pm.
