I was a helper for a short period on this server. Have been a moderator on another server six-ish years ago. cant remember the server name.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I play this server a lot of have dedicated a lot of in-game time as well as money. I know the game well and help out as much as possible for new players already.
edit: I would also like to see the game grow. I feel like i have valuable input and may be able to grow the server from a staff position.

I'm just done my 5th year of university (because i hate school and i have been slacking on it). I currently work as a life-guard during the summers. Just got a supervisor position. I play lacrosse and hockey, have a gf, and enjoy other games!.

I would help everyone (lol). dedicate my time to helping whoever needs it, run giveaways, voting gbs, etc.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Politely ask them to stop, give them 2 warnings, then mute.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
probably about the same thing as above.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Ask both of them to stop, warn them, then mute.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
ask them to politely stop over pm, warn twice, then mute.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
remove the comment, and pm them privately to ask them to stop. if found more then once or twice, then action would be taken

Contact an admin immediately, so that they could deal with the situation appropriately

politely ask them to do it over ::Yell
