Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank?
I want to help out. I feel my knowledge of the game is growing quickly and that will continue as I learn more.
Having the Support Rank wouldn't make a huge difference to me, but it may to the person I'm helping. I want them to know I'm giving accurate information.
My daily activity consists of PvMing, answering questions and guiding players in the right direction. With Bethlehem having so many customs, it presents loads of questions. Not everybody listens when you recommend reading the guides, so a quick bit of what they are looking for usually helps. I spent a ton of time (and still do) reading these guides because having the best-in-slot items are what I'm after. I enjoy hanging out and talking with other players while completing my own tasks. We have a very positive community and adding myself to the staff team would help everyone.
I have personal goals in-game that will take some hours to reach, so I'll be around for a while. In my time here we have grown, and we will continue to grow as more people see ads on Facebook just like I did.
I'm here to offer my time, knowledge, and abilities to the staff team. It's not a matter of what I deserve, but what I can do to assist.

I work full time in a print shop and love to bowl. Every since I could pick up a ball it's what I've enjoyed. I compete in tournaments on the weekends.
I started playing RuneScape about 12 years ago, and played as often as possible. Eventually earned myself a Max Cape and got close to Completionist before they added a bunch of new skills. I've since moved on from RS3.

Give warning, if needed, 24 hour mute, if necessary ban.

Ask nicely to use different wording, mute if necessary.

Ask politely to stop, if they continue, mute, and ban if absolutely necessary.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
Ask the offending person to stop, and inform the staff member if they are not already aware of the situation.

Take the necessary steps to find out if the information was accurate and then remove the items.
