After playing a week, at putting 100 hours in, we're going strong around 16 hours a day

All days! I am a student after-all (Although I will spend some time with my fiance, it is a given)

Have you had any breaks from playing the server since joining?
I have not - I have played it straight through whilst doing my dissertation for university, and its absolutely amazing.
What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
I'd not like to state servers as free advertising - However one server is not active anymore and I was a helper on that server (Project W)

Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
As mentioned within my opening line, Solo said after i asked "go ahead and apply anyways fuck it" - And I love this, it really just goes to show how great this server is, I understand I have no played as long as others, but I have played enough to know a lot about the server (97h as of writing this), I am very active, and always helping anyone in need.
I feel I could be a valuable asset to the server as I provide previous staff experience across multiple game platforms, I wouldn't say I am immaturely 'young' nor irresponsible. I have already created a lot of connections within Bethlehem and would love to continue creating connections as being known as someone people can rely on and look to for help and guidance.

What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have
Active playtime (Not afked playtime.)
Great Team-playing skills, they need to be able to cooperate with other staff members and work as a team; not to mention be able to take orders and respect/listen to their higherups.
Good social skills when it comes to understanding players, a good staff member should be able to know what a player is asking, but also have the ability to get the step further and understand WHY they are asking these questions, does the player need more help but does not know how to ask? - Anything to keep the player entertained and having a great time on Bethlehem.
A great personality with excellent reliability. - A top quality for a staff member I feel should be their personality, my reasoning behind this statement is purely because it creates their character and their first image to a player. A new player needs to feel welcomed and not feel like they're in the wrong or treated as 'dumb' when they ask questions; they are to be treated with just as much respect as a staff member is.
As for a final quality, Humour. This is in my eyes, the top quality I feel a staffmember should have - after working many jobs IRL, I know the key skill any human can have is their humour, there is nothing that can get you through the day or just make you want to be around that person than having a great humour. Players can get a great sense of welcoming and enjoyment when the staff are fun and great to play with.

Ofcourse! I respect the 20 hours minimum that a staff member has to put into the game. - That is 2.8 hours a day (lets round it up to 3 to be that extra generous

I study Advanced network and Cyber Security at university - along with programming on the side.

I am a full-time student, however within my final year, where i will be finishing for good May 29th. I will be starting a Full time job around June/July, where my hours will changed to the late afternoon/evening due to ofcourse work (I will still be playing just as much)
I love computers and everything about them, I built my first pc at the age of 7! If i remember correctly, an AMD Phantom or Athlon, i can't remember of the top of my head, with 512mb ram lmao.
I see myself as a great photographer, if you were to look in the Daily Echo (UK newspaper, south) you will see some of my photos!
Of course I participate in Hackathons and other hacking activities such as tryhackme and hackthebox.

What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Rule 2, C : States any spamming is not allowed - I will inform the player to stop spamming in chat (I font feel muting/kicking is necessary unless they continue after being told). If the player ignores, then correct action will be taken. Of course, I do not yet know the privileges a helper gets, if higher staff is needed to be involved, i will contact whoever is available on discord or in game.

Offensive language is not particularly frowned upon within Bethlehem, however how it is used is.
Rule 1, A and B: both state the use of language in ways that are disrespectful, or any verbal abuse, racism, homophobic remarks and harassment are not allowed.
I will warn the player if they're doing any of the above and take further action if required depending on how they use offensive language.
For example, if someone is to be joking and using offensive language to verbally abuse someone (If they're joking) A warning will be given, to show even though it is not allowed, they will not be severely punished for just trying to be funny. - Again, depending on how they react to, further actions can be taken.

I feel flaming to a staff member is not a whole lot different from a player flaming to another. We're all players at the end of the day, a staff member is there to enforce rules and allow for a better game community.

You don't want players to feel there is a huge privilege gap as to what they can receive in abuse and what a staff member can receive in abuse. - The last thing you want to happen is for a player to become angry because you reacted 10x worse to a player flaming a staff member than you reacted to that same player flaming them.

What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
We have Forum Moderators for this reason, however it is not out of reason for a member of ingame staff to give a warning to the rude player; and to them inform a Forum moderator of the actions that said player has taken to break the rules of the forum.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
Ensure that the player understands that this is not allowed - refer them to the correct rule and ensure they read it.
Inform a higher member of staff who can take the required actions on this player. As a helper, I dont feel i would be here to ban players, but help - and therefore to the best of my ability help the player understand their actions and what they did wrong, It is then up to a higher member of staff to do what is next.

What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
Just give them a friendly nudge to say that help cc is to not be used for selling and buying
Do you meet the requirements for applying?
Reviewing the requirements within the application requirements topic, i understand that a minimum of 250 hours are needed to apply for helper. I conferred with Solo on this matter after he gave me the go ahead to apply, and he still said I should apply none-the-less.
Therefore i'd like to demonstrate here that I fully understand I am under the requirements of becoming a helper, but I feel I know much about the server after playing a solid 97 hours within the 6 days of playing.
