Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
Throughout my time here on Bethlehem, I have been asking for help. Since I first began I always would ask people for help. I am not going to lie and say I know everything about the server because I am still learning, but I believe that I am at the point now where I have the knowledge to help out other players effectively. I am eager to begin helping other players and becoming part of this staff team who has helped me get to where I am today. I want this position so that new players and old alike will be able to recognize me as a person that they can pm whenever they have a question. No matter how dumb it may sound. I believe I deserve this position because I am someone who people can talk to when they need help. I will also take the initiative to help players on discord. Even while I am at school or work I will be able to take messages on discord and respond even when I can't be online. Another reason thing I hope to achieve by becoming a helper is more knowledge of the server. As a staff member, I will continue to learn while helping others learn.

1. Give a warning.
2. If they continue, mute for 24 hours and let other staff no whats going on.
3. If they continue again I would mute and tell a mod+ to ban the account.

Remove them and pm the person the reason I deleted the post.
If it happens again I would do the same and let someone with more power take care of it.
