I was technically a td when I was staff? held big pots for plenty of people during that time

Why do you think you deserve this rank?:
I think I do, I'm very well known around the server for being trustworthy, and I want to take some of the load off staff when they are online getting asked to hold constantly when they could be doing other things.

What would you do if you see someone who got scammed (with no proof):
If there is no proof I would explain to them that nothing can be done, and to make sure to record in the future in deciding not to use a mm.
