What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community? -
I've been a staff member in various servers from regular 07 to customs and just other not so known servers. I've been a staff on various forums not only including Runescape but other games as well.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum) -
Well First of all, I love being part of the community and seeing what new things are happening, what new rumours are going around, what other new things happening, interacting with the community is most important and knowing what is currently trending. As a staff member, I wouldn't just be focusing on looking at the Rule Book and making sure everything is OK within the server, but I would also be part of the regular player community and spending a lot of time talking to each and all of them, preparing events and other things to make sure the community is getting the appreciation of being part of the server and sticking with us for as long as they are here. I love bug testing new events and any new updates that come out, I will most likely be the first one to report all these glitches and flaws with new updates, just the way I am!

Looking at the hours I already play, I spend most my free time playing either way. If needed extra hours, if possible, would be done.
Tell us about yourself (hobbies, occupation etc):
I'm 19 years old, a Lithuanian who moved to England since little age, finished school, college and what ever else. Currently studying Business and Management at University looking to be part of Managerial Group within big organisation. I work full time as a Plant Operator in a Plastic Recycling Company and my hobbies are gaming and when i'm not gaming i dedicate a lot of time to working out/bodybuilding.

If I was a helper, I would dedicate myself to be the first contact to new players or players who would require help with anything.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
I would politely tell that person to stop spamming, that depends on what is being spammed, if it is advertisement to other servers, I would think that is an immediate mute until further investigation. If the person doesn't stop spamming after that polite verbal warning, I would continue to let them know that this is the last warning I'm going to give and then if proceeded to spam again, I would give them the consequence they deserve.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
I would follow the same procedure as I would do with spamming just give a verbal warning and then carry on with further actions.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
I would try to find out what the situation is, both sides of the story if it is a petty thing then I would give them both a verbal warning and tell them if I see it again it again, I will be taking further actions.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
I would find out the insight on why the player is flaming a staff member and then find out same thing about the staff member to know their side of story, depending if the staff member have not noticed this flame or if cannot deal with the situation then I would come in and support the staff member.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
I would hide the comment and report it to another staff member to review the comment, if we both decide it is a rude comment, send a private message to the poster and let them know to not be posting rude comments, if continued to do that, further action taken.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
I would not expose the issue straight away, I would try to figure out how,when and who this glitch/dupe is being done or how it is being done, try to get as much information about it and if it gets out of hand I would try to stop it ASAP, but if it is just a few people knowing about the issue, i would figure out more and let the higher leadership know about the issues and give suggestions on how it can be solved.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
I would politely inform them that advertisement of selling/buying items in "help" cc is not allowed and it should be done via ::yell command.
Do you meet the requirements for applying?
I have 100 in-game hours, since the time I joined. But I think I have a lot of knowledge about the server.
