Average time played per day?
Some would say far too much. (probably 4-12HRS?)
What days of the week are you available to play?
Open availability. Whether or not I get the position, I'm sure I'll be online nights, weekends, AND holidays.
When did you join Bethlehem?
About 3 weeks ago? give or take a few days

Have you had any breaks from playing the server since joining?
Yeah. I take some smoke breaks, sleep breaks, food breaks, bathroom breaks.. etc
What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
I ran a memes group on FB based around poking fun at the 100 mile area around where I live. It was actually fairly successful, it had like 25k at it's peak.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I mean, I don't feel like I deserve the rank. To me, this isn't about competing with anybody or being more or less worthy than anybody else. Whenever I'm online, I'm helping people. Whether it's helping them in chat with questions, or showing them what to do for skills, helping them to get weapons (or directing the to the guides on ::disc), grinding Pest Control to help new players get their elite void, or even helping an ironman grind for his Madara's Fan for 9 hours xD - almost anybody that has come online in the last 3 weeks has been able to see me doing good things for the people in this community. Even if that is as simple as showing new players that you can be completely free-to-play on this server and STILL have good gear and have a great time. So to summarize, I don't necessarily believe I "deserve" this distinction over any other player that helps in the community also - because whether you choose me or you decide to go with somebody else, I'll still be here helping out and continue to be a positive force in the community
What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have
Honesty - If you aren't honest, you are nothing
Compassion - Sometimes, all people need is a warning to correct their behavior
Good Judgement - When an issue does arise in the community, it is important to be able to be fair and level headed in determining an appropriate response
Trustworthiness - It's along the same lines as honestly, if you can't be trusted, you shouldn't be anything.
A Determination to Make the Server The Best Place They Can - If you are on staff or trying to be on staff, and you aren't trying your best to make the server better for everybody, then why are you even staff?

Have you ever been infracted (Muted/Jailed/Banned)?
No, but I did just have a whole debacle where the mods thought my cousin and I were the same person. It was a big thing, finally got resolved though.
If you answered yes to the above question, what was the reason:
N/A
If you received this rank, would you devote hours of free time to play?
As you may guess by the absurd amount of Non-AFK-playtime I have put into the server thusfar, it would be safe to assume I will, indeed, devote several of my hours of free time.
Tell us about yourself (hobbies, occupation etc):
My Hobbies? Well, whenever I'm not spending time with my 2 year old son, I'm on here doing something. Other than Bethlehem, I'm an avid chess player, Pokemon nerd, and Disney Enthusiast =p And currently unemployed, if none of you guessed by my f2p status and ridiculous amount of non-afk-playtime.
If you were a helper.....
I would do everything I could to help make Bethlehem an even better rsps every day.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Politely ask them to stop. If it persists, Offer a warning. If it persists, take further action - continue until the spamming is finished
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
Again, politely ask them to stop. If it persists, Offer a warning. If it persists, take further action - continue until the issue is resolved
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Depending on the severity, either ask for it to stop or immediately offer a warning. And again, if it persists, I would continue to take further action (through the proper methods) until the action ceased.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
If the staff member was online, I would respect their competency and allow them to handle it. The current staff is incredibly competent and can handle themselves =p. However, if a player is seriously flaming a staff member in my presence while the staff member is not around, I would ask them to knock it off, or issue a warning depending on the severity - and follow the proper methods until resolved
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
Well, I would bring the issue to the attention of the forum staff and handle it accordingly
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
Panic. lol
But seriously, I would inform members of the staff immediately to investigate, as well as collect as much information as I can to pass along as well. That's a possible game-economy breaking glitch, and would need to be handled with the utmost urgency and accuracy

What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
just politely ask them to ::yell instead - everybody pretty much understands once you tell them ::yell is for buying/selling
