Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I enjoy passing on my knowledge and being helpful, I am an analytical thinker and always love to ask question so when I see others willing to take the time to learn something, I appreciated greatly and try to be as helpful to them as I can be, as I hope if the roles were switched they would do the same for me. This is my first custom osrs server I have been on, and at first I was kind of standoffish about the server, but as time has gone on I thoroughly enjoy it, my favorite part is the community, It is the reason I never am bored when on the server and I would like to continue the growth of the community and help people out like staff members did me when I started. I feel like I am right for this position, because in my every day at work, I deal with people that are pretty challenged in life, it has helped my ability to deal with problems and be more helpful to a level I did not know I could. I also have some experience in moderating online communities, I helped moderatered a facebook group from june 2016- January 2017, over this time I moderated a facebook group of around 5k people before it was shut down. Lastly whenever I can, I try to help people on the server, from welcoming new players to answering questions when I know the answer. Especially when there are not staff members online I try to help answer the questions I can or direct people where they need to go to get the help they need. I really enjoy the server and the time I spend on it and would love the opportunity to help out and improve it as much as I can.
What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have
Honest- if your staff arent honest the people they watch wont be either
Passionionate- Staff members need to have a want to do their job
Good Communication- one to be able to talk to your players to help solve issues, and two helps all the staff members work together
Ability to be unbaised- This is very important when dealing with a problem between 2 different players

I work as a dsp, basically I work with people with learning disabilities and anger issues to help them eventually become independent, my hobbies include card games. minature war games, video games, solving rubiks cubes, and chess.

What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
First I would politely ask them to stop and then if the spamming continued again ask them to stop but more seriously and inform them of further consequences if they continued , and then if that did not end it I would purse proper punihsment for the offense, and then report the offense to a higher level staff member.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
Like before I would ask to be more apporiate, if they continued I would again ask them to be more apropraite and inform them of possible consquences if continued and if they did not stop I would then mute or pursue proper punishment for the offense, I would then inform a higher level staff member about the offense.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
As before I would first ask them to stop. and if they continued I would mute them, or purse proper punishment, and then inform admin or mod of the offese.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
If the flaming is serious, I would first ask them to please not be rude to said staff, if they continued I would pursue whatever punishment is deemed approtiate, and then inform a higher leveled staff member.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
If they were bad enough I would take inform someone to take them down if I can not then talk to the person about the issue, find out if it is the first offense or the latter and take further steps nessacary for the offense.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
First I would attempt to collect the dupe items and if the person who I recieved the dupe items did not dupe them inqure who did and then go to an admin to further deal with the problem.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
Nicely ask them to not use help chat and use ::yell.
