What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
No previous experience, but I always help out when questioned are asked, and inform staff members when rules are being violated.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I always help a lot in the help cc, the server is growing rapidly and I personally help out new people that have joined the server, as well as being in the discord general chat helping others and encouraging people to join in on the discord chat so we can talk, and they always ask questions that I am happy to answer. I know that as a staff member I have to take things more seriously, and be more observant of the things that I witness in the game, and be able to act on what I see quickly. I want to be a staff member because, for one I love the server and the people in it are fun to play with especially the staff members, and I mostly play 10 hours a day and I enjoy every hour, and for a couple of hours I am on when there are no staff members online while there are many newcomers and people asking for help, and I try to do my best to help them in any way I can. I feel that I can be worthy of this rank becomes of the many hours I spend playing and helping, and I hope to show the staff members what I am capable of when it comes to being a helper.

I would most definitely devote hours of free time if need be, even though I already play 8+ hours day.

My name is Garen, yes, like the League of Legends champion, I am a Computer Science major in college, I love working with technology, but I'm not ready for the fun stuff yet, barely learning to code, the language I am most knowledgeable in right now is Java, and I hope to increase the computer languages I know.

I would make sure that everyone is having a wonderful time on Bethlehem, and answer any question to the best of my capability.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
I would kindly ask them to stop, and if they continued I would mute them and inform a higher ranking staff member as to what to do.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
I have not seen a staff member get mad harsh language, unless it was towards another person, but if they were to constantly keep cursing I would ask them to keep the cursing to a minimum.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
I would give them a warning and tell them to resolve the matter through PM's or to drop it because flaming is not allowed, and if they were to ignore it and still flame in front of me or others, I would temporarily mute them.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
Disrespecting a staff member is a high offense that will get someone muted or banned, it is also shown in discord, as a rule. I would mute the person disrespecting a staff member and let a higher ranking staff member choose whether to ban them or not.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
If I had the ability to delete them I would, if not I would inform the forums administrator to look into it and delete the posts if they could and give the doer a proper warning.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
I would immediately inform a administrator and moderator of such knowledge, and tell everyone in game if they were caught duplicating, the punishment would be an automatic ban, no questions asked.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
I would kindly tell them that there is no buying or selling in the help cc, and to tell them to yell it if they wanted to buy or sell.
