i have run an online community for about 2 years that has 200 daily unique users. and about 2,000 daily active users.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I feel like i can offer a lot of knowledge about the server, i can help manage events if needed and im a really caring person. I feel like every new player should be welcomed warmly, and invited to do activities and be shown that even day 1 they are an important part of what we are building. I feel like i can provide that experience and that i could also take some stress off the current staff with my knowledge of the server.

I would do my best to give everyone a positive experience on the server, and do my best to help everyone who needs help.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
ask them nicely to stop, then message a moderator (if i cant mute and they refuse to stop)
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
If it was in yell, or i found it to be possibly offensive ask them to try to use less colorful language.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Talk to them privately about the effects that can leave on a person and ask them to refrain from doing it ever again. also the question depends on the severity of what was said
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
contact a moderator, flaming a staff member is not tolerated
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
contact a forum admin to have it removed and privately message the person to explain why their post was removed and send them a link to the rules.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
contact an admin ASAP and tell the player to not abuse it, explain this is tracked and everything will be taken away and they may be punished if they abuse the bug, then thank them, for letting me know about it.
