What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
I have been staff on 2 other RSPS's. I got to admin on one which was for about 8 months till they decided to close the server, And mod on another for a about 6 month.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I have a lot of general knowledge of runescape which probably wont help in anyway since this is a custom server. I am willing to learn the ins and outs of this server so i can help anyone with their problems. I do have experience with being staff on RSPS's so i do know how to handle conflict, I am an Australian so i can help cover some problems in my time zones since most of the staff team is usually off when i'm on. I do love watching servers grow in size and popularity, plus i am also on a lot since i am starting an iron man so i will be able to help out quite a bit.
What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have
1. should have a fairly good knowledge of runescape and the server they are playing on
2. should be able to reply quickly and try to help as best they can
3. Show respect to everyone. Even if they are being rude and obnoxious
4. Should be able to keep their answers short and simple and very helpful
5. Being active.

I live in Perth, Western Australia. i am 19 years old and my hobbies are gaming, soccer (football), drinking and having fun.
i used to work as a carpenter but recently have been studying to get into IT. either into security or networking

If i was a helper, i would be as helpful, active and as positive as i can be
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
i would ask them to stop, if they decide to no listen i would offer them a warning. if they still continue i would mute them. If they make another account to avoid the mute i would advise a higher up and see what they want to be done.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
if i saw anyone use offensive language even once.. i would warn them instantly. if they say one more offensive thing i would mute them.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
i would warn them because player harassment isn't tolerated and say sorry, if they continue i will mute them
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
basically the same as the last answer but maybe give them a longer time since it was towards a staff member
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
i would delete the comments and let the person who was posting rude comments that we don't accept rude behaviour towards other players.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
i would try to contact the higher ups as soon as i can to check the logs. i would also get the person to hand the items over to me so i can hand them over to the higher ups.
If i found a dupe i would inform the owners as soon as i can so they can try and fix it so no one else figures it out and lets people know and abuse it
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
i would let them know that you are not allowed to try and sell stuff in the cc and tell them that they can sell stuff by ::yell
