I have been lucky enough to be staff member on couple of runescape private servers.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I would like to join the staff team because there has been lack of staff in my early mornings and I would love to help out the team.I also love this server and want to devote myself to it and the community.I have some experience of the job & know how to be there for our community. I am very motivated and dedicated on helping players & the server itself every way I can.Its important to me that everyone can play in fair and loving community.

If you received this rank, would you devote hours of free time to play?
I already do that and try my best to devote every single minute of my free time to Bethlehem.Ofcourse real life comes first & everything can happen but I will make sure that everyone knows if I have to be inactive.

I love rsps, wrestling, muay thai, my son(1.5 year old) and my fiance.

What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
I would ask them politely to stop if that doesnt work I would mute them for 1 hour as a second warning. If he/she still continues after that I would probably give 24 hours mute.I believe that people can learn from mistakes but if not I would follow up with perm mute.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
Ask them to not do that again. If he/she continues i would follow with mute(mute time depends on how offensive the situation was)
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Would try to find out what happened and figure out how to fix the situation.If theres no stopping it I would follow with a mute(after fair warning ofcourse)
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
Would act the same way as if he/she was flaming a player because staff or not, we are all players in the same community.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
Would report it to forum staff member ASAP.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
Would try my best to contain the situation and inform staff team ASAP
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
Would ask them to use yell, wouldnt punish them because I know how easy it is to type / instead of ::yell.
