What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
well iv been staff on most the server I play due to my loyalty, if the server and staff are good you got my vote.. but yeah ive been a community manager, a head mod, head admin,admin,mod,server support but im most comfortable with helping people as it comes naturally to me.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I want to be apart of this team because i feel like im there already with everything I do to help the community, I feel as though im liked and respected throughout the community meaning I get along with everyone and anyone and im a very good listener. I don't think anyone deserves rank I think it should be earned to be honest so that's what im trying to do. But if I was selected to join your team I think my activity and politeness will come as an advantage and will help me guide others to be successful in bethlehem

well my names josh eatock I have 4 beautiful kids as youll see in my disc dp. I have a black shar pei called chase hes my little bodyguard I love love love all my family... im a typical guy I like playing rsps chilling smoking and making people laugh. im abit of a joker at times but can be very serious where need be I also like going on walks with my kids and dog, to places the eye can see but no paths can reach! im abit of an explorer on the sly I like seeing new things, things that amaze me!

What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
I'd politely ask them to stop if it carried on id give them a warning towards a mute, if it continued after this id call for a second opinion to mute him (higher staff)
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
Again its a tricky one because swearing is the English language if it not aimed at someone I don't see it as offensive if it was aimed at someone id take instant action to get the problem resolved from both sides of the parties
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
I hate bullies so id act upon this in an instant and resolve the problem quietly and privately
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
i'd have to see how the other staff member handled the situation, but if it got out of hand id be there to calmly try and make amends..
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
Delete the post's and pull the culprit to aside and ask him what was it in aid of, was it offensive, was it a joke and handle the problem from there
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
kindly ask for the duped items to be passed to me and ::empty, if it was more severe id jail the culprit(s) until higher staff could look into it through te vps
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
Kindly remind them that ::yell is for selling and the help cc is for " help "
