have experience being mod and admin of gta fivem communities. these communities we as big as 30 thousand members on discord and forums.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
i want to become staff of Bethlehem because it's a great community and they treat everyone with respect and dignity. if you have 10000 hours or if you are on your first hour. The staff team that is present is so helpful with the knowledge of the game that I think I can help and contribute to the already amazing staff team in place. Given a chance to help newcomers in the server. i will make myself approachable and present on discord and in game for them to ask any questions or concerns they may have. I think being a great staff member you need to have good communication skills and be approachable. have to be stern but also know when to cut someone a break. can't let people think your a push over but have to treat every case or incident by a case by case reaction. not everything is so black and white so if I'm given the role as helper and appointed on the staff team. I swear to be all these things and more. I treat everyone in game with respect and dignity even if I'm not apart of the staff team and i try to answer questions or direct them to someone or somewhere where they can find or get the answer. telling newcomers about the guides and wiki so they can gain knowledge about the game we all love and enjoy. so if I'm chosen to be apart of the staff team i will hold my responsibilities to my highest standard and promise to be on and present in the community helping and contributing to the community.

ive recently became single and have alot of free time on my hands so i been indulging in playing runescape private servers. hobbies of mine are fishing and playing video games

if i was a helper i would make myself approachable and helpful to all players

i would give them a warning and let them know what they are doing is spamming. and can get them in trouble. if i caught them again i would procced with action

tell them to choose better language or they will be muted

i would stop it right away and mute them any disrespect isn't accepted

i would ban them any disrespect towards staff is unacceptable

delete the comment and message the send and tell them not to post rude comments or they will be in trouble

if i was informed about duped items i would investigate the claim and see if its true or not. if they are dupping items they will have to be punished
