I have had one long break before because of a job that took literally all my time and studies at the same time.
Now however, I have a more flexible job situation and have finished all my studies.
What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
It would be completely new to me.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I've been around the server for a good while now, and I feel like I know the game enough to be able to answer most questions well enough. I know a lot of the main staff well enough, and have been friends/friendly with them for a long time. I have always loved helping out new/newer players as long as I have played Bethlehem/and I think I have a helpful nature/personality in general. It doesn't ALWAYS show in help chat because I like to move it to PMs so I can have a longer conversation with them without bothering everyone else. I usually answer simple questions in help cc but move it to PMs when there's a lot of follow up questions basically. As a person I think I will fit this role personality wise. I'm friendly and mature, and always looking to get along with everyone. I have supported the server in terms of donation by large amounts throughout my time here, and will continue to do so from time to time as always (if that means anything). This would be a great opportunity for me to get closer to the player base and for them to get to know me properly. I'm at a time in my life where I have a lot of time on my hands to do whatever I choose with. This would motivate me to play even more than I already am.

I already do, but I would definitely devote even more free time to play if I were to receive this rank.
Tell us about yourself (hobbies, occupation etc):
I'm a semi active person haha. I need to hit the gym or play basketball, but mostly so I can sit and play for hours on end without feeling bad about it. I do tend to go out on the weekends sometimes with friends to have a beer and catch up. I have had a few very different jobs. I've worked construction jobs, and as on call security where I have responsibility for a big business building with lockup/alarms. I worked as an assistant kindergarten teacher for a few years, but now I am becoming a full on security guard where I will take jobs as a bouncer/airport security etc..
If you were a helper.....
I would be way more active than I already am, and make sure newer people are getting a nice welcome to the server. I would make myself extremely available to especially those players as that is something I feel I handle very well. Not only when it comes to answering whatever questions they may have, but also showing them that the community/staff is very friendly/down to earth and welcoming. I would also LOVE to host various events such as the ones we have on the server regularly already.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Kindly ask them to not spam chat. If they are trying to sell/buy something I would tell them that they should give it a few mins at least in between every yell.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
Again kindly ask them not to do so and that it's against the rules. if someone is having friendly "over the top" banter I would ask them to move it to PMs. Not everyone is as aware of the rules as others, so I would handle that in the calmest matter possible and ask them to maybe have a look at the rules/reread them.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
I would intervene in a friendly manner to not escalate things any further. I would inform the player that was doing the flaming that it's not acceptable behavior on this server. I would also check in with the player that was being flamed if they are okay and give them a chance to explain what happened if I wasn't there to catch it all.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
I would tell them to stop immediately. I love the current staff members (and the job they are doing.) Not that flaming anyone is okay, but staff members get flamed just as much as anyone from time to time. I would make sure to have their back.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
Report it to an Admin/moderator/owner to make sure it gets deleted.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
Report it to the owners ASAP so they could handle it before anyone else finds out.
