Love the server and would like to be an aspect of the team that can help make this server succeed. I remember starting out this server and it is a lot to comprehend so having as much help as possible explaining things would be ideal. I am still pretty new to this server so I don't know everything but I think I could be a big help to the team.

I work at a Gating Company. Used to be on an install crew but I just got promoted to a project coordinator. Now I stay in the office and do estimates, proposals, and coordinate jobs. In my spare time I play vids. On weekends I race mega trucks with my older brother. I enjoy being out in the woods, hiking, fishing, hunting, etc.

What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Give them a warning, if it continues give them a second warning. Mute them if it continues after 2 warnings.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
Depending on the circumstances, give them a warning. If someone was personally offended and had a serious issue I'd slap em with a temporary mute.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Advise them that this type of behavior is against the rules, if they continue to flame then I'd give them a mute.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
Handle it in a professional manner. Inform them this behavior is not tolerated and warn them if it continues they will be muted and/or banned.
