What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?
I actually have quite a decent experience being a staff member in other servers.
Most recently i was a moderator on OSPvP, a server that was formerly ran by youtubers Didyscape and Sprad.
They however were too busy to keep working on the server and transferred it back to Situations and Motive. (Owners of the biggest pvp rsps that was ever online OS-Scape)
I worked my way up from server support to be a loyal moderator for around 9 months untill the server decided to close.
Pvp servers are hard to moderate as the level of toxicity is very high.
I stuck with it till the very end..
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I like to keep an eye out on a growing community and step in where needed. I know what to look for and how to be profesionally responsive in a kind manner.
I have previously moderated on a pvp server which are known for their complexity in moderation and toxicity community wise.
I know how to deal with practically every situation and how to keep my head cool.
I can help keeping the community tight and growing in a respectful and friendly way.
Ultimately what i want to achieve is a friendly community where everyone can be theirselves and enjoy a modified version of the game we all grew up with.
I have never staffed on a custom server before (actually custom servers were never really my thing) but im enjoying this so much that i would like to give it a go.
With my past experience and experience of the current staffmembers i believe we could achieve very beautiful things here on Bethlehem to make it not only into the game everyone likes to play but also the community u can lean on when u need it. I have an eye for improvement and keeping the bad away and am sure this will come in handy.
What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have
Being friendly and respectfull. Having the game knowledge not about only this server but runescape in particular always helps out. Know how to keep your cool and try to be as engaging as possible. Its what makes the difference in your players staying.

Tell us about yourself (hobbies, occupation etc):
I'm a 22 year old from a small dutch town. Used to be very into party's but unfortunately got kicked with heart arrythmia which left me to being tired pretty quickly. I love music, watching documentaries and track development of different projects for fun.
If you were a helper.....
I'd be the same person as i am now, just more focussed on development of the server and the community around it.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
Depends on the kind of spam, obviously server advertisments are an insta mute. There is some cases where someone could be mad or a bit toxic where i would always try to talk it out first.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
3rd warning mute on most servers i staffed on. Depends on severity.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player?
Again depends on severity, any excessive toxicity is not tolerated. Any form of baiting i would always try to figure out why and hold on to punishment before.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?
Flaming a staff member is a mute in my rule book. We are here to help you, u have no reason to be toxic towards them.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
Get them deleted and try to get in contact with them, also forum infraction warnings if they are available here.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
Spam a higher up immediately while trying to keep it on the cool on the server itself. I know how much of a mess it can be if it starts getting spread. Its best to keep it as low as possible untill server can be shut down.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
Tell them they can use the yell channel for this as help cc is not intended as a market.
