Very friendly member of the community , but as other have said I see you gambling/selling a lot however recently you have been filling in when needed with the help in the chat.

Very dedicated member of the community, Extremely helpful when online. only thing I would mention is that offensive language is more when its aimed at players not in everyday use but other then that top application.

I know I have applied for helper on the server, but people probably know me more for my gambling and flower poker. I'd like to apply for a trusted dicer roll to go along side this players have played flower poker vs me without a mm and trusted and paid out over 3q I feel i'd be a great host for people to come win some money off. Have you had any breaks from playing the server since joining? Nope its hard to take me away from it
What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community? I have been Gambling manager on previous servers, aswell as Moderator on 2 servers.
Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum) I would like to become a staff member because I feel I help a lot of new players out on the server and I have a pretty good knowledge base about the server. I'm willing to go out of my way to help people who are still starting or even to the extent of hosting events to help people get the stuff the require in game. I'm also very good at noticing anything out of the blue and would report anything I can't help or sort out myself. The community on the server is already amazing I would like to help keep the community tight and fun running smoothly. I also feel I can middleman for people and be trusted a lot of people on the server already know who I am and the new players ask a lot of questions im already willing to answer and feel I could be more helpful as part of the wonderful staff team. I'm also active on the forums and always in discord and I spend a lot of time online probably too much if anything but I feel being one of the most active players I can be helpful as part of the team.

If you received this rank, would you devote hours of free time to play? I would devote all the time I have on the server to help play.
Tell us about yourself (hobbies, occupation etc): im 25, spend a lot of my time playing this amazing server. i'm currently not working but my last job I was a warehouse assistant and I hated the job but it helped buy the nice things in life. I enjoy watching football games and I love sports cars I know abit odd for a girl but hey not everyones the same right?

What would you do if you saw someone spamming? I would give them 1/2 warning if the carried on the I would either mute them and take screenshots of why or pm an admin to look into it.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language? I would ask them to calm the language and same as above take screenshot to provide proof of muting for admin team.
What would you do if someone was flaming a player? I would ask them to take it to pm's and if it got out of hand jail/mute them till an admin can sort it out.
What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member? if the staff member is on and replying I would leave it for them to sort if the staff member was afking and needed the back up I would take the person aside and speak to them to find out the problem and resolve it with whatever the result maybe. (mute etc.)
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums? With permissions remove the post's or inform a admin to remove them if I couldn't myself.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items? I would inform the admin team straight away and if no admins was on I would ask the player to describe what was going on with the dupe and ask them to ::empty the items after or get a staff member to remove them from the game.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc? I would ask them to join the 'trade cc' or use yell to sell there items as this isn't helping the people who actually need help.

1. Why are you interested in this new position with our server? I feel that I can contribute towards the forums and in-game through events/guides/loot from and also help the player base both on the forums and in-game with any problems they may have varying from something small to something extreme.
2. What is your favourite part of playing on this server everyday? I learn something new everyday and I love the community, The staff team are all amazing and if I'm unsure on something they are all willing to help and chip in until we get to the right outcome for whatever the circumstance may be.
3. What could change about our current staff team that could make it better for our players? I Would implement having to apply for mod+ as the ranks get higher so does your responsibility and some helpers may not feel they want to take on the higher responsibilities.
4. What do you enjoy / not enjoy about your current role? I enjoy helping players with my current role , hosting events/goodie bags and being able to tele to players if they have bugs etc I need to be aware of. The only thing I don't enjoy about my current role is I don't feel I'm able to help enough for my role as I don't have the commands needed to help some players issues.
5. If you could change 1 thing about your current role what would it be? That maybe I'm able to help more which hopefully by being promoted I can do, I know the staff team have different time-zones and when people flood the server sometimes its hard to deal with and hopefully being mod I can help with this. I would also like to be part of the forums team as I feel I can help setup events and keep an eye on both in-game and forum posts.
6. How would the others in the staff team describe your leadership style? They would say I'm good a leading event's and I'm good at being reliable for being online for goodiebags. I'm a very good people person and I try my best to help people even if I need to go out of my way from something else , I always put the players first.
7. What instance have you shown leadership within your current role? I've shown I'm able to lead event's and help other members of staff when in need. I'm available for most goodiebags which I know the staff team appreciate 🙂
8. What types of projects have you worked on with others on the staff team? I have worked on a lot of loot from box's-npc's. I have also worked alongside Guru to help with some of his guides and his F.A.Q Image.
9. What was the most challenging part of your current role with the staff team? I would say catching people multi-logging at Afk-tree/pvming and keeping flooders from spamming the server where I had to ::mute the players one by one which was a challenge. Also Middle manning for some flower poker's and paying people out of my own pocket because they had been scammed while I wasn't online.
10. How do you plan on using your new position to build a "Player's First" mentality in this server? I always put players first and I'm hoping with mod status both on forums and game I can help players abit more not only will I be there for the players ill be there to help the staff team which is as important!
