    Clan purpose/theme (PVM, PK, Gamble ...):
    It will be mainly for group PvM and soontm PKing - In addition to this, the players that will join might want to ask questions about things in the game that they are unsure of, where they can come directly to us for answers. 

    What your clan intends to do to help the server (your mission):
    We intend to help the newer players advance in the game other than being stuck.. such as do PC runs, do Titan Runs, etc. I believe this will massively boost their confidence and help them advance in the game. 

    Why should we support your clan?:
    One reason would be this is the ONLY active clan in game as of right now, also our clan is benefiting the community, this way we will expand as a server and therefore as a clan.

    Majority of my time, I'd say 4 hours (+)

    Create a brief introduction about yourself:
    I'm a gambling freak, every server I've played I've got a Dicer rank & been a Trusted Dicer before. In addition to this, I am really enjoying this server and the way gambling works here. I am a student at University (I think its the same level as College in America) who is studying Law, however I enjoy gaming, the first game I ever played was Runescape, ever since then I have been playing RSPSs (Probs about 10 years now).  

    What are some of your strengths/weaknesses?:
    My strength is that I know when to stop dicing & to ensure no one quits due to being 'clean' (this indirectly proves I meet one of the requirements)
    However a weakness of mine is that if I amin Wildy Resource Center you won't find me MMing (although this rare, it can be seen as a weakness)

    Have you ever been banned/blocked from the forum, if yes explain why:
    Nope

    Have you had any experience being a trusted dicer?:
    Yes, in the custom server 'Dreamscape' I was a TD in the CC of 'Bale'

    Why do you think you deserve this rank?:
    I think I deserve this rank as I am always in ::Dz (well 90% of the time) and I think I am trusted in the dicing community, I have never had any troubles with dicing, I always pay out & I kinda know the rules of dicing like the back of my hand 😛


    What would you do if you see someone who got scammed (with no proof):
    Unfortunately, for that player there is nothing I can do, as the rules state that while dicing, you need to have an MM or screen record the bet, otherwise nothing can be done. So what I would do, is re-read the rules to that player to ensure nothing like this happens again.

    If the player has screen shots of anything, it may help his debate, however again, the rules say you need an MM or Video proof, so I don't think anything can be helped here.

    If the player has Video proof, this will show us all sequences of events, therefore I would bring it up to staff to sort out (as I would have no jurisdiction there).

    Nope.

    What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?

    I have had experience of being a Moderator & being an Adviser (same rank as a Helper)

    Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)

    When I first started playing (although I have played a custom server before) I had never seen anything like it, as Bethlehem blew my mind away - it was a great server with a great community. I was blessed to find some kind players when i first started who passed their knowledge of the server to me. Although there is ALWAYS room to learn more, I believe that  I have what it takes to be a Helper on this server. Although I am not a Helper as of yet, I always get players PMing me for help as wondering if I am staff & saying I should be (as I once showed in #achivements in discord - this has happened more than once). So to be fair, the community of Bethlehem are the people who gave me courage to post this application form and I just hope the rest of the staff team see my potential. I believe that I would be a great asset to the team. Although, I may be seen as 'new' to some people, I just want you to know - I have what it takes, I have dedication and time, these two combined can make me a great team player.

    What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have

    The 5 qualities of a staff member would be:
    One must have patience with players.
    You must be kind to players.
    You must have dedication.
    You must be responsible. 
    You must be straight to the point (when needed, in certain situations).

    Have you ever been infracted (Muted/Jailed/Banned)?

    Nope.

    If you received this rank, would you devote hours of free time to play?

    Easily would, receiving this rank would give me extra motivation to help others out & increase my game play time even further.

    Tell us about yourself (hobbies, occupation etc):

    As of right now, I am a student studying the subject Law, I enjoy learning about Law & hope to get a job in this field,  I also like to attend Gym, to keep fit and healthy and I part time work (this is how I continuously donate when I can)

    If you were a helper.....

    I would do my up-most best to keep every player happy, ensure that they are enjoying the game and help whenever I am able to, as Bethlehem has opened my eyes to what a great community an RSPS can have.

    What would you do if you saw someone spamming?

    At first call, I would ask them to stop spamming, as it would be annoying people, at second call, I would give them another warning, third call I would temporarily mute them & ask for a higher ranking staff member to continue to sort them out if they still continue to spam. 

    What would you do if someone was using offensive language?

    Although I have barely seen any offensive language, I would still use the same approach as I would with someone spamming. but this may be given a harsher punishment - as offensive language may be hurtful if directed to someone.

    What would you do if someone was flaming a player?

    Flaming in my eyes is not something I would condone. Although it may be a worse offence, I would still take the same approach as everyone deserves a second chance to redeem themselves.

    What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?

    I would again take the same approach, as all players are equal - some may have more authority in the game, I still see them as equal, I would let the staff member who was flamed, know about the situation.

    What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?

    Rude comments anywhere are not allowed, so I would first ask them politely to re-read the rules of the game, if they still fail to follow these rules - I would notify the Forum Manager/ any higher ranking staff member.

    What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?

    As a helper in Bethlehem I am not sure of my authority, but if i could - I would confiscate these items & ask how they were obtained. If I am unable to do this, I would have to notify a higher ranking staff member to sort this situation out.

    What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?

    As the rules states, no Selling/Buying is prohibited in the CC. So I would have to ask them kindly to stop doing so.
    Everyone is given a free donator rank (so they are able to ::yell) I would ask them to use this to relay their messages to other players.

     Do you meet the requirements for applying?

    I believe that I do meet these requirements, and I hope that you, the staff team AND the community of Bethlehem see this as I do.
    It would mean a great deal to me if you agree, if not that's okay - constructive criticism is welcomed. 🙂
