Heya - I've seen you helping sometimes but not as much as i'd like to see...
And correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're a truck driver, doesn't that mean that you're long on the roads - meaning you'll be tired when driven a certain amount which would decrease the activity.
Anyway, I like the application, certain punishments seem a bit too "friendly" (See below)

In this case you just note you'd warn them 3 times, ofcourse this would result in either a mute or a ban, but make sure to give us that information aswell. Right now it just seems - Give 3 warnings and then leave it for somebody else.

Well, it would be the next obvious step for me, I do feel like I should be more into sales than I am at the moment.
But that's something that can and will be worked on, surely.2. What is your favorite part of playing on this server everyday?
Helping out the community and getting their feedback, the general feeling of lending out a hand to somebody who's in need.
It's something I enjoy In real life aswell, being able to help those in need.3. What could change about our current staff team that could make it better for our players?
I think the staff team at it's current positions is pretty well set. I wouldn't change it a thing except maybe promoting the helpers 😄4. What do you enjoy / not enjoy about your current role?
I enjoy the helping aspect, that players know I'm reliable, aswell as staff knows.
I don't enjoy certain players who don't understand an answer, even if it's been told 15 times and in 5 different ways.5. If you could change 1 thing about your current role what would it be?
Maybe add a certain reward system for promotions? certain capes or auras with attack bonuses?

Well Guru knows who and what kind of a person I am and what I can be. I haven't really shown leadership as I'm currently *Just* a helper.
But i'm sure that if I reach Moderator or even Administrator role, I'll guide the new staff members to their full potential and making sure everything is clear.7. What instance have you shown leadership within your current role?
Maybe asking about doing a Vote Gbag? As they were forgotten for a day / even more.8. What types of projects have you worked on with others on the staff team?
In the game itself, a HNS with Nilla and Swifty, hosted by Undead. The muting/banning spree of the IlLLiLiiL accounts.9. What was the most challenging part of your current role with the staff team?
When I MM'd a gamble and I caused a lot of stress and miscommunication. At the end I solved it myself, but that was VERY stressful for me.10. How do you plan on using your new position to build a "Player's First" mentality in this server?
Add more events to the game, listen to their suggestions and give more feedback about what I like / dislike.
Also change the store layout and items a bit, atm we have some junk gear at a high price. -

I won't be mentioning any other servers, but I have been everything between Helper to Manager
Basically from helping where in need and answering any type of questions as dealing with more serious matter such as scammers, botters, ...Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)
I enjoy the server to it's fullest potential, I have played several servers but this has been the first and only where I donated towards. And before I spend money I really think about it...
Deserving is such a big word, it would be a privilege for me to become a part of the staff team. Not only my experience for the others but vice versa aswell, I think I can make a lot of changes (small or big) when it comes to in-/ output towards the community and the staff team itself. I will be needing some guidance with prices or how to get X... but that comes when playing I believe. You can't expect 1 person to know every single and small detail there is put in, in a game. I try to observe and obtain as much as information as possible, just so I can adapt to certain situations and even get involved with certain aspects which I'm not known towards.
I myself am both a calm yet steady person, but I try to have a clear view instead of rushing into things.What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have

I play volleyball 3 hours a week
I work 33 hours a week, my work schedule changes from week to week 😕If you were a helper.....
All answers are being dealt with as me being able to use the ::mute/::jail/::kick commands and 1st/2nd/3rd offence.
What would you do if you saw someone spamming?
1: Kindly tell him to stop the spamming
2: Enhance him stopping or him most likely receiving a mute
3: Him receiving a mute and explaining I already warned him twice.What would you do if someone was using offensive language?
1: Tell him that it's not appropriate to talk that way
2: Give a 5 minute mute and explaining him/her why the punishment was done.
3: Giving an hour / more mute depending on the severeness of the language.

1: Ask what caused this and ask them to stop (Observe the situation and intervene)
2: Immediately a 5/10 minute mute to the flamer. telling him the punishment will only enhance if not paid attention to.
3: Most likely a bigger mute or a jail, so he/she can think about what he/she has done.

Basically the same steps as the question above.
I have learned by experience that also Staff members can mess up, so I would ask how it started and see who was in the wrong.
Staff members are all 1 team, but it takes 1 rotten apple to infest the whole hive.What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?
1: Remove it/ask somebody to remove it and notify the player why it was removed and that this behavior is not accepted.
2: Have the player temporarily banned (1/2 days) and repeat why it has happened and not tolerated.
3: Get the player banned for a longer time / permanent and notify higher up staff why the consequences were to be taken.
What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?
1: Instantly jail and mute the player, explaining him why. And I will be testing the dupe out -> Notifying higher up staff so it can instantly be dealth with.
-> Jail so he can't abuse it / mute so he can't tell the other players about the dupe
2: Well I hope it won't happen another time, but he'd get banned.
What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?
1: tell them that it is help chat and not trade chat
2: tell them again - with possible consequences of a mute
3: every offence 5 minutes mute until it gets through 🙂
Do you meet the requirements for applying?
To be honest, I wouldn't trust myself being a helper...

I work in a supermarket, as a cashier atm mostly, which sucks and is nice at the same time...
