    I have seen you a lot in game but usually selling things or doing gambling. I have seen you in discord A lot which is good, but you have to know when to stop joking around and when things get serious, Give it time and I'm sure you will get there though.

    I was there for the day you started Dedi. You were always chill with me and even from day was you have always tried to be helpful and if you couldn't, you would ask somebody else to try and help. Very helpful and respectful player. Will love to see you progress.

    Anywhere between 6 - 10 Hours a day.

    What days of the week are you available to play?

    Pretty much everyday, Whenever I have free time.

    When did you join Bethlehem?

    I know it's short at the moment but I joined on 11 June 2019.

    Have you had any breaks from playing the server since joining?

    No I haven't, only to sleep or go down to the shops.

    What is your previous experience with being a staff member in an online community?

    I have never been registered as a "Staff Member" on any servers but I have always been quite helpful on servers that I have played and always tried to learn things to help other players whenever I could.

    Why do you want to be a Bethlehem staff member, and why do you feel you deserve this rank? (200 words minimum)

    I would love to be recognized as a "Staff Member" because I would love the experience. I am quite active in game as I try to help as much as I can, whenever I can. I love getting to know all the players by welcoming them and helping them out with where to go and teaching them about all the cool new items Bethlehem has to offer! I am very, very active in the Discord, even when I am out and in bed. 
    I feel if was a Helper, I would help the community a lot more and people would recognize that I am available while a lot of other staff members wouldn't be online doe to my Australian time zone being quite different to most of the other staff. I know not to be bias between players, regardless of there position or the situation. I know the rules and I can help other players with understanding them. 
    I have gotten to know a lot of the other staff and I know they are very, very helpful and respectful to me and I would love to be able to give back to the community and help the players.
    I feel I deserve this rank because I will respect it.

    What are the top 5 qualities that you think a Bethlehem staff member should have

    Respect - Respect is a key factor in a Staff members role, You should respect all players.

    Non Bias - You should be non bias to all players no matter the situation.

    Keep Calm - No matter how mean a player can be, always remain calm in a bad situation and eliminate the problem as fast as possible to eliminate it spreading.

    Team Work - You should know how to work efficiently in a Team and respect everybody.

    Efficiency/Time - You should always work efficiently whenever you have the chance, and always try to free up time to help other players.

    I would try to devote more hours than I already do.

    Tell us about yourself (hobbies, occupation etc):

    I enjoy playing RuneScape Private Servers a lot of the time. I go out with my girlfriend for dinner occasionally. I enjoy programming and building computers. I also love making new friends and trying new things.

    I currently work casually as a Sales Assistant at Woolworths Australia Limited.

    What would you do if you saw someone spamming?

    If i was to see someone spamming the chat, I would give them a warning, and if they continue to spam, I would mute them. 

    What would you do if someone was using offensive language?

    If someone was using offensive language towards other players or in any type of way, I would take use my powers as a helper to teleport the player to a isolated area and see if i can resolve the problem. If they were to continue the language, I would give them a mute.

    What would you do if someone was flaming a player?

    If I found someone flaming a player I would use my rights as a staff member to mute the player as a warning. If they proceeded with another account to keep flaming I would ban the players IP as flaming and bullying are not tolerated.

    What would you do if someone was flaming a staff member?

    I would take the exact same steps as I would if it were another player as to not have an bias to the situation. Flaming and Bullying are not tolerated. 

    What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on the forums?

    If I found a player posting rude comments on the forums, I would take the actions of taking proof of the comments, I would then take action of banning the player from the forums. If the action was to keep happening with the same player I would take the action of IP Banning the player.

    What would you do if you found or were informed about duped items?

    I would find out if the action was accidental or on purpose and take action appropriately.
    If the issue was accidental, I would give them a warning not to do it again.

    If the issue was on purpose, I would IP ban the player and remove the items.

    What would you do if someone was selling items in the help cc?

    I would ask the player kindly to not sell items in the Help Clan Chat as it is for helping purposes only and to refer to yell for selling/buying/trading.

     Do you meet the requirements for applying?

    As far as I know I do, but if I don't please let me know in the comments and I will continue to try to reach the requirements.
